Replicate a WP ShowPosts effect with Querry Loop

Hello,

I'm trying to replicate with QuerryLoop the image scaling effect that was in one of the WP ShowPost templates. (I put both urls in hidden)

The problem is that the image "pops out" when scaled up.

Can you give me some advice on how to do it right?
