Hi – I am trying to come up with the basic layout of my site, and wanted to compare different logo layouts. No matter how often I reload, the new logos don’t show up. Instead the first logo that I used keeps reappearing. How can I see my new logos?

StaffCustomer SupportI think it’s some sort of caching issue maybe with the test environment.
Have you tried disabling all plugins to test?

Everything? Including GP Premium and Bluehost integration with WP?

StaffCustomer SupportSure. The logo option is with the free theme so GP Premium shouldn’t matter.
It’s most likely a caching issue.

I tried deactivating the plug-ins and the logo popped up again. I narrowed it down to the GP plug in. And in the GP premium theme it’s the Element plug-in that is the issue. If I deactivate Elements, the logo is visible and I can exchange it for different files without problems, if I activate Elemnents, it disappears again. I can also switch the mobile header no problem as long as Elements is not activated.

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
go to Appearance > Elements – do you have any Header Elements ?
If so – edit it and check the site header tab and make sure this is no replacement logo added there – if none is visible add one and then remove it.Documentation: http://docs.generatepress.com/
