Replace Site Title with Logo

This may be a dumb question, but how do I just replace the site title (text) with a logo. When I upload the logo to the logo section of the Site Identity section, it displays a HUGE logo on the top of every page and the site title is still being displayed above the logo. I want the logo to be to the left (same spot as the site title) and the menu off to the right, but on the same line. The name of the site is in the logo, so I don't need both. Thanks for any help!

You should just have to check the hide site title option:

If you want the logo to be smaller, resize it in Wordpress media before you upload through the customizer:
