Replace link on page load?

Is there a way to call a different image than what a plugin uses as a dummy image?

Only in admin, not on front end, I want to take this link
https://wpgd-jzgngzymm1v50s3e3fqotwtenpjxuqsmvkua.netdna-ssl.com/dummy/plugin/burger.jpg

And have my WP Geo Directory plugin on the admin side replace that link with a link to an image on my own server.

Any way to do such a thing say in a hook element?
