"Replace default primary post meta" button enabled but still shows default

Hi, I have created a new Post meta template for author, date and categories, and the "Replace default primary post meta" is enabled, however the default category links are still showing at the bottom of the page. It's not a big deal but where is this coming from and why is it not now disabled?
Also, is it possible to keep the belowpost navigation that sends viewers to the previous or next post? I have included a post link below for you to see.
Thanks for any help,
Nicola
Hi Nicola,
That's not the default post meta, the default post meta was referring to the the post meta below the post title (date and author).
You can disable the footer meta at customizer > layout > blog > single, uncheck the Display post categories ,Display post tags and Display post navigation.
Thank you!
No problem :)
