repeated image and title in Page hero for single posts

Dear how do I remove post title, image and primary post meta in page hero for single post?
If I go to the element menu within element and disable the title, image and post, the featured image continues to duplicate etc.

To clarify, may we know how you’re adding this Page Hero? Is it through a Block Element - Page Hero or a Header Element?
