Reordering Location of Elements on Home Screen

I am building my Home Page via Elements and have created a number of them. Is there a way that I can change the order of them - move them up or down the Home Page itself? I’ve played around with some of the Location and Hook settings but still can’t seem to get it right.

Hi there,
if all your elements are added to the same hook eg. before_header then you can change their Priority.
An element with a low number priority will be displayed before ( above ) an element with a higher number priority.
