Removing spacing between Primary navigation and content

please check this link.
There is a large white space after the Primary navigation and before the content(homepage banner), which I believe is from the theme setting...and I doesn't know how to remove it.
Please guide me in this step, thank you.
Hi Yueh,
Based on your design, can you go to the page editor > layout meta box, and set the content container to Full width?
