Removing space/gaps on website

Hello,
I am a new Premium user (and overall new user of the theme).
I am having a problem and not sure how to fix it.
Currently my website singleflyer.com has a gap between the Logo and Navigation Menu bar. It also has a large space to the right of the content on the the page. I feel like I have tried all the options in customizing. Is it possible to remove this?
The gaps don't show up in the preview when I'm editing the site.

Can you first disable any caching plugins or server caching you are using and also temporarily remove all of your custom CSS first?
