[Resolved] Removing space above and below video

When videos play on my GP site they are displayed in tall rectangle with blank space above and below the video.

Is there anyway to remove or not show the blank space above and below?

Perhaps with a video player of some sort?

Where are the videos from? How are you embedding them?

Sorry, I wasn’t very clear.

I am talking primarily about YouTube and Vimeo videos and I’ll check that plugin out.
