removing image

Hi - Wonder if you can help with removing an image from https://staging.brambles-estates.com/property-articles/ - its the picture of a green house under the logo. Its a vestige from the previous theme and I cant see it when I edit the page. Also it doesnt appear in media library so cant delete it!
Hi there,
edit the page, and in the sidebar > Featured Image metabox add a new image there and publish the changes. Does the image change ? If so you can then delete the featured image.
