Removing extra space at the end of posts

Hi. I'm trying to remove the extra space between the end of the posts and the category (or the footer / footer widget). I've tried several plugins and solutions from similar topics using additional CSS, after deactivating other plugins, but nothing yet. Below there's a link with an example. Could you please help? Thanks!

The space is coming from the group block you've added in posts.
I see that you are using WP columns block and group block but don't believe they are necessary at all?

Yes, I noticed that too. No, it's not necessary. I'm sorry for this newbie question, but how can I ungroup it? Thanks!
I'm not sure how to do that either.
Maybe just try to drag your paragraph blocks out or rebuild the page?
