Remove White Highlighting of Main Menu

Is there a way to remove the white highlighting of the main menu (top bar, under header) when a visitor is on that page?
Actually the page is https://miamihypnosiscenter.org
Hi there,
in Customizer > Colors > Primary Navigation you can change the background color for the current menu item.
