[Support request] Remove Title heading from page “Patient Form” below nav area

How do I remove the “Patient Form” label area that is in blue? Ive tried to deactivate and nothing is happening

Hi there,

The current title is coming from a block element page hero.

You can hover over the Element link in the admin bar to identify and edit that element.

Then add this specific page in the Exclusion rule under the Display rules section.
