Remove the space between hook element and primary menu

Hi, I am creating the Topbar element manually and hook it before the header. However I cannot remove the space between the topbar element and the primary navigation. There is a </p> between two elements but I cannot figure out how to remove the </p>.
Can you help me to point out what is the problem :)

Hi there,
edit your Block Element and Delete the empty text block below your top bar container.
Hmm, I removed the topbar element and made a new one and it worked finally :D
