I deactivated a3 lazy load, but GT-metrix still point to the same links?
I activated Accelerated Mobile Pages plugin instead. How come GT-metrix still show me that the problem is a3 lazy load? Do I have to clear all cache?

If so disable it - this will remove those CDN requests.

Is so then reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the issue.

I have 40 plugins installed, will the site return the way it was if I deactivate them one by one and activate them again? Will I see what plugin cause the trouble immediately or do I have to do something additional like clearing the cache? Should I put the site in maintenance mode while doing it?

If I can't fix this of my own, can you recommend someone, or some kind of company, with reasonable price who can help me?

My site once loaded in milliseconds and now it takes 4-5 seconds, but I guess that's from Canada, as I tested it through GT-metrix.

Autoptimize has a Shortpixel option in its settings - try disabling that option as it will be doing the same thing that Smush is. Let us know.

If the plugin is coded correctly then it should be fine if you deactivate and re-activate them.
However i would recommend you make a backup of your site first and to perform the change behind Maintenance Mode.

I would suggest deactivating any cache plugins first.
After making any changes clear the browser cache.

With GT Metrix it doesn't cache the site so it should give you an up to date result each time.
