how can i remove "taxonomy-name:" on archive page before the term of a custom taxonomy ?

It seems you are not using Woocommerce?

Is this product a custom post type? It doesn't seem like using GP's default template.

yes, it´s a custom post type

i´m using cpt ui and generate press

You'll need to check the CPT's archive template.

there is no special archive template.
just the generate theme.

Then can you try switch to the parent theme to test?
