remove spacing above and below logo in header

I want to remove the spacing above and below my logo in the header.
so the header will only be the same height as the logo.

I don't even have that option.
I can only see:
Header Width: Full.
Inner Header Width: Full.
Header Alingment: Centre
.inside-header {
padding-top: 0px;
padding-bottom: 0px;
}
Hi there,
if the padding options is not available, can you check to make sure you have the Spacing Module activated.
