[Resolved] Remove space between menu and post/pages

I want to remove the space between the menu and the contant in post an pages. When i try to find out it looks like the containers name is: div.inside-header

Is it possible tu use CSS to remove this space?

I am not good at this, so thats wy i ask. I cannot see that this container is used for anyting.
