Remove Right Sidebar Widgets - Not working

I have removed the right sidebar widgets in GeneratePress theme from Apperance-> Widgets but still it is showing the sidebar widgets on my website.
I am seeing the "Search" and "Archives" in my individual posts which I would like to remove.
Can you please help me to remove this?
