remove post details from a whole category

hi,
i would like to know if it is possible to completely remove the post's attributes from a whole category.
for example i have a category named challenges. i would like all the posts there to appear without the date, author, tags, category etc etc
in my case i use also generateblocks pro templates which can make very impressive fullscreen posts.
but the attributes around break the whole idea i have in my mind :)
thank you
Hi there,
if you're using the Block Element Content Template and that inlcudes your post meta then you simply need to do:
1. Set the Display Rules > Exclude - the Post Category you don't want the meta on.
2. Create a new Content Template without the Post Meta and apply this to the Post Category.
hi david !
is there another way to remove it? i mean, i will not use always the templates.
sometimes it could be just an image or something else in general. i just used the templates now because i wanted to start learning how to use them :) :)
with some php/css code to apply in the general category of challenges?
thank you !!!
hi again,
i read again and again your answer and maybe i didn't understand it very well initially.
if you mean i have to create a layout for the post in challenges category, through appearance - elements, then i have done it but without success.
i go to add new element, type layout, i name it challenge post layout and the location is post category - challenges.
but then i don't find where to customize it. to disable/enable the meta's etc
or maybe i got it wrong again :)
thanks
Hi Nikos,
Here're some demo videos on how to create a content template:

What David means is to create a content template without Post Meta using block element, then apply it to this specific category.
Let me know :)
