Remove or change text "by:" in Read Theme

Hi,

I want to change the text "by" under the H1 for something else but I can't find how.

I have the Read theme installed and here you can see the problem ->

Hi Eloy,

Go to Appearance > Elements, you'll see a block element called Blog Posts Headers, click edit.

In the block editing page, click on the post meta, you'll be able to edit the "by" word there.
