remove menu on top

I don't know what caused it but I cannot figure out how to remove all my pages in a large menu in the header. Please see joe-holmes.com

Do you simply want to remove the entire menu or you want to create a new menu with the desired items?
Let me know :)
I have removed all menus, then created a new menu with two pages and it does not change the large menu. The present problem occurred after installing a them, then uninstalling it.
Did you assign the newly created menu to be the primary navigation?

I assigned my new menu as primary and it worked. thank you I had worked and worked to find the solution and did not know I was overlooking such an obvious click. thanks
