Remove Menu Name from Page

Is there a way to change the settings so the Menu Name on the Tab is not duplicated at the top of the page?
See this URL https://innovative-solutions.org/growers/technology-energy/ I want to remove the name ProGuard Technology from the page and reduce the white space above the Headline for the Page.

You can delete that form the menu builder:

The padding option is in Layout > Header > Header Padding.
Sorry but I don't understand. When I remove the title attribute on menu builder then I loose the name that I need on the navigation button. What am I missing? I just want to remove it form the page, not the menu button.
