Remove itemtype and itemscope

Hello,
I'm trying to optimize my website and remove unnecessary tags.
I found entries like
itemtype="https://schema.org/WebPage"
itemtype="https://schema.org/SiteNavigationElement"
itemscope
How can I remove these entries?
