Remove Header from a Page

Hi guys,
I have a question about how to remove a page header.
For examples on my resources page, the slug is .com/resources but I don't want the Resources to appear on the top of the page. How do I remove it?

Hi there,
your site is using the Header Element found in Dashboard > Appearance > Elements:

There should be a header element set to display on Pages > All Pages.
Edit its Display Rules and use the Exclude option to disable it on your Resources page.
