Remove h1 of main categories page (not posts)

I have a category named "blog" that contains all of the blog posts for my website. Unfortunately there is this H1 titled "blog" that sits at the top of the category page. I'm quite confused as this did not exist on the localhost version of the website. Just to be clear...this is not in reference to the category title that exists on individual blog posts. This is for the /category/blog page that displays all of the blog posts.

Hi Jonathan,

Are you sure you want Blog to be a category?

WordPress creates a default blog/posts page by default that display all of your blog posts without you having to add the category:

Hi, Leo. I took your advice and went a different route with the blog page. I am happy with the result now. Thank you for your insight.
