[Resolved] Remove Generate press

I would like to know if it’s possible to remove or deactivate the license on a website that I made for someone. I don’t have access anymore to that website, but my email address and the Generate press plugins that I bought are still in there.

You could try doing it in your account inside the licensing area: https://generatepress.com/account/

However, it doesn’t always work.

I can also issue you new license keys and remove the old ones if you like.

So the person that I build the website for is no longer able to use my GP add-ons?
Because when I look at the website, nothing changed. It still looks like they are using the add-ons and template.

They can, but they won’t receive any updates.
