Remove Generate press

Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to remove or deactivate the license on a website that I made for someone. I don't have access anymore to that website, but my email address and the Generate press plugins that I bought are still in there.

Hi there,

You could try doing it in your account inside the licensing area: https://generatepress.com/account/

However, it doesn't always work.

I can also issue you new license keys and remove the old ones if you like.

I already tried to remove it in the licensing area from my account, but it doesn't work.

If you cold remove it and give me new license keys, that would be great!

So the person that I build the website for is no longer able to use my GP add-ons?
Because when I look at the website, nothing changed. It still looks like they are using the add-ons and template.

They can, but they won't receive any updates.
