Go to Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS and you can paste that CSS in before any other css.

Then go to appearance > elements > single post hero, change the quick hook select tobefore content:

Navigation or menu bar is not showing on post. When I click on post on any post. I sent you private information including url and screenshot

Go to appearance > elements > secondary navigation, click the xbutton to remove the post > all posts from the exclude list.
