Remove date and author on post page when using 'Service' template

Hi,

I'm currently using the 'service' template and I'm trying to remove the date and author in the page header from the posts (https://i.imgur.com/FLUnW78.jpg). I've unticked the options in the customizer (https://i.imgur.com/Yw5tV5p.jpg) but the date and author name still appear.

How can I remove the date and author name from the posts?
