remove date and author of article

Hello, Is there any way to remove the date and the author of the article on my website that appears at the beginning and the end of the page?

Hi there,
Go to Appearance > Elements.
1. Edit the header element assigned to your single posts - and remove the {{post_date}} and {{post_author}} tags.
2. A Hook element titled Author Box is displaying the author details at the bottom of the post - Delete this
I can't find what you tell me, since I have several "header" files with different things inside
Can you provide a screenshot of the Appearance > elements - so i can see the list of header elements.
You can attach a URL to a screenshot stored in your Media Library or any cloud sharing or image sharing service.
I have managed to remove the author and date from the head of the article, but at the end of the articles it appears. About + name of the article author. How do I also remove that information?
