Remove/change padding on mobile container

Is there a way to remove the padding I tried scribbling in the image?

Ah sorry - I always have done this - first time I haven't - it's here.
Looks like the padding is loaded by the Citation for all plugin:

It's also loading bootstrap which isn't a good idea at all.
