Remove author/date from single.php for use with envira gallery

I am using Envira for a image gallery. So for integrating with GP has been easy. Envira uses the single.php template. In the original WP themes I could see how and where to modify the template. PG does things a little different so I am still learning. I am wanting to make a duplicate of he single.php file just for the gallery. Remove the author/date and a minor layout change. I am going through the forum and having a hard time understanding the structure and process for GP.
Found the element to correct this. Pretty easy. I am loving GP.
