Hi Tom,

I'd like to start over on my staging site. Is there some switch I can flip to zero everything out so I can start fresh from scratch?

Hi there,

You can delete settings for each add-on in "Appearance > GeneratePress".

That is helpful; thanks! Is it possible to split the primary menu in half? I'd like a single colored bar that runs across the whole page with three menu items floating to the left and two menu items floating to the right, with empty space between them.

Yes, simply give your menu items you want on the right side the menu-item-float-right class :)
