Remove "admin" in post title

Guys, this is a quick question, but it's an odd one.
In the Dispatch theme, single post, I wanted to turn off the "admin" part at the top of the post (the person who wrote the post).
I thought it was a simple toggle in the Customize->Layout->Blog, and there's a "display post author", which I unchecked. However, the author, "admin" is still showing up in the publish.
Please advise? Thanks for your help

Hi there,
go to Dashboard > Appearance > Elements and edit the Single Post header element you will find the {{post_author}} template tag, delete that and the | from the content
