I just noticed the logo option in all my header templates is missing. I tried to update to RC2 but got an “unathorized” failure.

It should be there (at least in the current version RC3)

Sorry, I’m on RC3. I accidentally deleted my logo media file. I re-added the logo image in the Customizer and the logo option reappeared in all the header templates with the correct logos.
Ahh yeah a logo needs be uploaded in Site Identity for the page header logo options to show.
