For now you would need to use a WP Query Loop Block or a plugin like WP Show Posts and modify it with custom CSS to achieve the same look.

Alternatively, the update of GenerateBlocks which comes with a Query Block is scheduled to be released soon, by this week hopefully. If and when it’s released, you may also opt to use that instead.

WP Show Posts is a plugin which will be merged with GenerateBlocks hopefully by this week. In essence, you’ll be able to generate a Block which would query Related Posts through GenerateBlocks through the upcoming GB update.

With that said, WP Show Posts a plugin that can query Related Posts or Posts of any category: https://wpshowposts.com/

You’ll also find a video discussing WPSP in the site linked above.

On the other hand, the Query Loop Block is a WordPress Core Block that can also query posts. It however doesn’t have a related post option. Currently, it only has an option to select a specific category to show.
