Related Posts based on category of current post

Technically it's possible.

You would create a list/shortcode with WP Show Posts for each category then insert it using hooks element and set the display rules accordingly to each category:

However, the same posts within the category will always show as WP Show Posts doesn't have random post order option.

At the moment I am testing Contextual Related Posts but if I choose one of the styles from this plug on my GP based website it shows me only the standard GP style. No changes.
