Hi,
currently I am using a widget from a previous theme. I wanted to a widget where it has 2-3 tabs showing a list of posts: popular posts, recent posts, reviews.

Recent posts is one of the default widgets.
You would need to find a plugins for popular posts and reviews. I would recommend Googling "Popular Posts Plugin" and try a few with good reviews.
