Reduce the words of the summaries / excerpt in the embedded pages.

Hello there is a way to reduce the words of the summaries in the embedded pages.

For example, this article consists of a list of embedded links to other articles. Would it be possible to reduce the number of words in the excerpt so that the boxes are aligned?

Hi there,
i don't think that is possible with the WP Embed.
The WP Show Posts plugin does have that control - and would allow you to create a similar layout as that without the need to build columns.
