Hi guys

just purchased a copy of GP and while I'm still finding my way around it, it looks great so far. Thanks!

Can you tell me how to reduce or eliminate the white space above the site title of my my site on mobile devices?

It looks fine on a desktop or iPad sized screen

This is the space I'm referring to: https://ibb.co/3FN0DKm

This isn't plugin related, I appreciate, but any help would be gratefully received!

Hi there,

Welcome to GPP - glad to hear your enjoying it.

Having trouble connecting to the site - it looks like excess header padding....
in Customizer > Layout > Header you can adjust the Padding separately for mobile by selecting the device icon - try reducing the Top padding.

Hi David

That seems to have fixed it, thanks!

By the way, are you still having problems connecting with the site? If so, what are they?

Aah its a typo in the URL you supplied
Found the actual site - loading fine :)

Thanks, much obliged.

You can fix sites without even seeing them, nice one :)

Not sure if this has anything to do with GP or not, but since I changed to your theme, I see some strange stuff when it's loading - scripts to do with Google ads. I've never had Google ads on that site so not sure why it's happening.

This is from Page Speed Insights: https://ibb.co/j5dM3vY

Don't suppose you can shed any light on this? Or tell me how to stop these scripts from running?

Thats odd - GP would never add any code aside of whats required by the Theme. But you do have several JS files relating to GoogleAds. Is the Site being advertised on Google?

No, it isn't

Might have been advertised once on Google, a few years ago

That code looks like the code that gets added when a site is set for google adverts....

Just need to find a way to remove it!

I'll dig into a few files, see if I can find it.

Thanks for all your help, much obliged.

By the way, it was the fast and effective support I received when I had the free version of GP that persuaded me to buy a copy :)

Glad to hear it - hope you find where the culprit code is.
