Reduce Space Above Title

Hello, is it possible to reduce the space above the title, when not "disabling" the "content title"?

I want to take out just a touch of space above on this page: https://wordpress-623989-2736800.cloudwaysapps.com/index.php/breakup-printables/ but can't see how to do it when there's not a block that I can select on the title to then adjust.

I'm using the "Connections" theme.

Try reducing the top content padding in the customizer:
