Rectifying the LCP problem

Hi, I am getting the LCP on mobile above 2.5 for all my posts. Can you please have a check what can be done.

the problem is the large amount of advert scripts that are being loaded first - they're blocking the browser from rendering the page. You will need to look into optimization plugins that can defer the loading of those scripts.
I don't know any plugin to optimize the ads. Can you suggest one?
Also, is there anything we can do to just bring the LCP a little down without doing anything to ads.
Theres a few - Flying Scripts is one of them that allows you to defer 3rd party scripts - their support should be able to assist with setting what scripts to apply it to.
