Recreating old Page Header as an Element - Trouble with location

Hello,
I'm trying to recreate all of my page headers as elements. Some are working, but I'm having trouble with a couple of them...

I've created 'header' elements, and it's placing it below the menu, but not along with the content.

CORRECT (Page Header) - https://bankbeat.biz/ppp-extended-through-may/
INCORRECT (Element) - http://spmnfr.staging.wpengine.com/ppp-extended-through-may/

See how the element is placed outside of the content container?

Any suggestions?
