Recreate homepage

I am trying to create a default homepage but I'm having a few issues
1. How do I get the top bar menu to be like the one on Avery template with the social icons? I've been trying but not getting it.
2. On the header section of homepage, how do I remove the line from under blog/services/search bar? https://marjorieduncan.com/
3. The headline and the steps section are not aligned on the homepage. It seems the headline is just a bit lower than the steps, how do I get it aligned?
3. When I scroll I want the sticky menu background to be white, but it's clear. How do I get it to be white background instead?
4. How do I fix my grid block the one with 4, so they are not touching each other? Is there a video on how to create grids?
Sorry for the multiple questions, it's just that sometimes your responses take a long. I've been waiting a while couple hours now for answers on another ticket. I will close that ticket and wait on this

I had already installed and activated the lightweight plugin but it was not looking like the avery one when I added it to top bar, that's why I said in my original query "I've been trying and not getting through" https://marjorieduncan.com/. have a look and see how it's coming out
Are you referring to the background color of the icons?
If so just choose it to be the same as the top bar background color.
Not the color, how do I get rid of the square box around the icons? I don't want any box
Avery has the box too - the box has the same color as the background color of the top bar which is why it's not visible.
So if you set the background color of the icon to be the same as your top bar background color, you won't see the box either.
As to answer your other topic for the navigation in top bar, have you tried my method with the navigation menu widget above?

I created the top bar menu, I get the social icons to the right but I'm unable to get the sec menu to the left; it keeps going underneath the social icons. How do I get it to float left? https://marjorieduncan.com
