Recommended plugin for email subscribe popup

Hi there, I was planning to add an email subscription popup plugin to my site.
I always ask you guys for recommendations before installing something like that because I bought GP to have little bloat, yet I know other apps can undo everything GP has done.
Do you have a recommendation that won't cause bloat?

We don't really look into the code of other plugins that much unfortunately.
I would recommend trying a few that works for you and run the speed test before/after activating the plugin.
Hmmm speedtest before and after is fair.
I have no idea about what causes speedup and slowdown so it's a mystery to me but I was thinking you had a recommended list hidden away somewhere.
