    Love GeneratePress

    Love Elementor

Recent updates to Elementor have created 3 key issues.

We use them both on most of our client sites approx 40+.
I keep most all sites updated to latest when possible.
Wordpress, GeneratePress, Elementor, other plugins Themes etc.

I know these issues are directly connected to recent Elementor Updates.
They have ALL occurred on sites where I have recently updated Elementor
    immediately after doing the update.

I’d like advice on how to deal with these effectively from both support teams
from both companies hence this message.

ISSUE #1 (MOST IMPORTANT) Images no longer load with page content.
There is a noticeable delay in Image Loading which may be is caused by FOUC
Flash of Unstyled Content or? Did not happen prior to recent Elementor update.

ISSUE #2 Page, Section and content margins and padding are no longer synchronized.
I’m having to jump through hoops to get Elementor page and section content to have the same width as default WordPress / GeneratePress pages. Prior to update this was not an issue.

ISSUE #3 Default WordPress Image Styles .alignleft .alignright lose bottom margin.
Have had to add Custom CSS to reset this behavior.

Thank you in advance for your time and attention.

    Hi there,

Tough for us to help without seeing the page in question.

Can we also wait for Elementor’s support to respond first?

Are any of the issues related to the header and footer?

The content part is all coming from Elementor so you will need to wait for their support to respond.

Yes Header Logo is equally a problem
again ALL Image loading is delayed Header to Footer

The logo loads fine to me without any lag.

It sounds like some sort of caching issue though so might be worth disabling your caching plugins to test.
