"Recent News" appears below every single footer on the whole site

Since I upgraded WP to 5.5 yesterday, all my pages show "Recent News" - below every footer on every post and ever page. https://atlantsecurity.com/
Do you have an idea how do I disable this?

go to Customizer > Layout > Footer and set the Footer Widgets to 0
