Read Theme: Having Issues With Featured Image + 404 [One Post]

Hello,
My website is GreenSplatter.com.
All posts are live and looking well - except for the one I just tried to publish.
It's the one featured on the homepage: "Why disc golfers are emotionally attached to their discs"
If you click on the article, it takes you to an "Oops! That page can't be found" page.
However, when I log into my WordPress account, I can preview the article and it shows that it's published.
That said, when I preview the article, the "featured image" at the top is completely messed up ...
If you click on any of the other articles on the site, you'll see what it should look like.
No idea what's going on, but I'd like to get this sorted ASAP.

Hi there,
I'm guessing this would be some sort of server or permalink issue which the theme doesn't control.
Can you start by disabling all plugins except GP Premium and WPSP to test?

I just did that ...
Now the homepage looks pretty goofy.
The article is now clickable and takes you to it, which is nice ...

But as you can see, the banner image and everything is still messed up.
Anything else I should try?
Do I need to reach out to Bluehost or something?

I'm still seeing a 404 error page.
Can you try resaving the permalink structure?

Also, I just double-checked, and I'm still getting the 404 message, as well ...
It looks like disabling those plugins didn't fix the 404 issue.
When I'm logged into WordPress, I can see the article.
When I log out, however, I get the 404.

We cannot do it for you.
Just go to the permalink settings page and click Save:

It's just weird that, before I disabled any of the plugins you suggested, the ONLY post to have a problem was the new one.
All the others looked the same.
I've re-enabled those plugins.
Seriously, click through the site ...
100% of posts look fine - just not the latest one.
LMK if you can think of anything else - I'll reach out to Bluehost right now.
