[Resolved] Read More url (Slug) changing

Hi tom,
I had Purchased GP Premium Few months back but today i notice one issue..
When i am clicking on the heading title in my homepage to open any posts it’s working fine but when i am clicking on the read more button to open to post then also it’s working fine but the problem is when i am clicking on read more or continue button see here (i.is.cc/14LVu7iZ.png) it showing my url as #more-164 (i.is.cc/14LZehCl.png) at the end but i don’t want that i want the exact url instead (http://www.wbjee2018.com/wbjee-2018-admit-card/) as mentioned in the sample image not #more-164 at the end
Plz tell me how to fix this, my Site Wbjee 2018
